“I’ll Be There“ is the first-ever movie where real life father and daughter Gabby Concepcion and KC Concepcion are united. A movie plot close to the heart of both actors as Gabby, the ex-husband of KC’s real life mom Sharon Cuneta left for the States and returned 15 or so years later. Having re-connected as father and daughter in real-life, the roles should be fairly easy for them to portray.
I must say, this would be the most-awaited movie this year. We’ve been staying hungry for all the father-and-daughter updates since the time KC was in Paris and took a vacation in US to visit her Dad, Gabby.
It can be a picture perfect. But, why there’s a third wheel Jericho Rosales “moment stealer”. In Tagalog slang, EPAL! Hay, I’m so close to put up an official Jericho Rosales haters club (Maybe there was already). Buti na lang at may script, so he can literally throw articulate English lines with KC and Gabby.
